If we cannot meet with you before an order goes final (60 days from the date of the order), you should mail a dated, written letter to the Department of Labor & Industries, PO Box 44269, Olympia, WA 98504-4269, stating you disagree with the order. You should keep a copy of the letter. Until we agree to represent you, it is necessary that you do not let any decision you disagree with become final.
