If you have been hurt on the job, we want to talk with you.  We also want to give our current clients the best representation, this means we prioritize the needs of our current clients.  When we do meet with you, we want to have a thorough understanding of your case.  Completing this information below will help us understand your needs.

If we cannot meet with you before an order goes final (60 days from the date of the order), you should mail a dated, written letter to the Department of Labor & Industries, PO Box 44269, Olympia, WA 98504-4269, stating you disagree with the order. You should keep a copy of the letter.  Until we agree to represent you, it is necessary that you do not let any decision you disagree with become final.
