Injured Workers, Injured Justice

About

Workers Compensation.

History

All we do is Workers Compensation. We only represent injured workers. We aren’t new to this either. We each started at the same workers compensation defense firm over in Portland. We learned our craft, we learned a few tricks, and we learned that we prefer representing you, the real person who has been hurt on the job. Our attorneys have been practicing workers compensation since 2001. We handle all levels of your claim: Department, Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, Superior Court, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court. We can’t promise we’ll fix everything, but we will walk the path of your claim side-by-side. We know the way; we’ve walked it before.
